Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns due to change of mind or customer error will be at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will cover the return cost and offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
